With over 20 years of accounting experience, he
began his own practice in 1983. He specializes in small to
medium sized businesses, providing a wide range of accounting
and tax services, including, but not limited to certified
audit, reviewed financial statements, compiled financial
statements, corporate, partnership, individual, limited
liability company, trust and other income tax preparation and
planning. His experience ranges from audits of large, complex
entities (including audits under the "Yellow Book"
standards -- the standards required by the General Accounting
Office of the United States Government and applicable to all
State and local governmental entities) to the preparation of
small individual income tax returns. He has reviewed other
Certified Public Accountants work. He is "peer
reviewer" (a requirement of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants which states all CPA's in public
practice must have their work reviewed by another CPA every
three years). He has reviewed other accountants work
throughout the States of Tennessee and Georgia under the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review
Program and the State of Tennessee's State Board of
Accountancy's Review Program. His client base has ranged from
the State of Texas to the State of Ohio. He is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the
Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. he is
licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. |
